13 OZ Q80 AEROSOL LOW VOC CONTACT SPRAY ADHESIVE, CYCAN

Quality Aerosols Q80 is a high strength, high shear and fast tack adhesive. Our adhesive is specially formulated for making permanent bonds. Q80 Adhesive is most effective when both surfaces are coated. It can be used on all types of wood, most metals, all laminates and veneers and many other substrates. Q80 is a high solids adhesive with a quick tack time, is resistant to high temperatures and has a water resistant bond.

Applications
Used for the permanent bonding of wood, metal, laminates, veneers, plastics, cloth, fiberglass insulation and other substrates.

Product usage
Q80 Adhesive is designed as a two surface bonding application. All surfaces should be tested for compatibility. Surfaces need to be dry and free of oil and debris. Spray an even coat of adhesive to cover 85%-100% of the surfaces. Allow adhesive to dry 3-5 minutes until it becomes tacky. For porous surfaces it is recommended to apply a second coat after the first coat has become tacky. Put the coated surfaces together and apply pressure. Full adhesive strength will be reached in 24 hours.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry, and well ventilated area. Do not handle or store near open flame or other heat sources. We recommend storing at or above 65°F. Bulk and canister products should be kept off the floor.
